When it comes to your health goals pessimism is a problem. Pessimism is much bigger than being negative. It has far reaching consequences in our self-esteem, our relationships, and our ability to achieve what we want in life. I’ve overcome a pessimistic way of interpreting life and become more optimistic which is the single biggest change that has allowed me to lose weight and keep it off. This is a two-part series, where we will explore pessimism in this episode and next week we’ll explore how to attain or grow our optimism.
